Understanding The Business Goals
In this stage we had interviews with different members of the team from management, marketing, costumer service and also development team. We found out the goal of company in depth and had overview of their planes in milestones. This helped us to reevaluate and redesign the persona and costumer journey map of each group of clients in order to change or find solution for missing points to have more human friendly service and application.

Identifying Problems
By conducting user interviews and user testing we found out strong and weak points in customer journey. We categorised all listed points in different group for a certain timeline based on the business objective of the quarter. Some functional and user experience difficulties have been appeared after conducting heuristic evaluation.
